I have been going on phone-less walks and taking either my Walkman or my Mighty*
( *pictured above with the scarf)
I have had my Light phone for a few years now. It can be great help if you want to turn your phone off, but still have the access to call someone or be reached in an emergency.
I love these Italian notebooks ( I bought this one last year from OK the store here in LA)
This picture is a few years old now, but is a collection of some of my massage/ gua sha tools. The majority of all these beautiful tools come from The Wax Apple. The gua sha tool I use for my face is from Lanshin. I recommend Lanshin products probably everyday I am in the clinic. She makes wonderful Gua Sha tools and incredibly helpful instructional videos. I love this Massager. You can pour hot water in it and use this gently on your neck or even jaw for some relief. I have an older version of this and I love it a lot.
Abhyanga oil from my friend Rasa Veda Healing and my dry brush from Binu Binu
Flux Vitality: personalized fitness training by Dion Olivier
Rasa Veda Healing: my friend Sheila who is an Ayurvedic practitioner here in Los Angeles who is part of my care team <3
Touch Ceremony: Lance is an incredible massage therapist located in Lockhart/ Austin area.
Massage with Cristine at Hyperion Chiropractic: I recommend Cristine to all my patients here in LA <3
Long time fan of Wildcare! I use this Rosemary & Bay Laurel hydrosol just about everyday. I use it after shaving my legs, and also I love having it sort of as a first aid kit for anytime anything might be irritated: pimple, bug bite etc etc. I highly recommend!
Andrea’s anti-pollutant face masque: my favorite face masque that just re-launched!
I am a big fan of this gentle retinol by Marie Veronique I get mine from Cap Beauty
Damascus Rose Wood soap made in Tripoli, Lebanon ( the most incredible smelling soap) also all proceeds from the soap goes back to the Jourisoap family business to helppreserve the old tradition of soap artisans. Which in turn they will match with soap donations directly from their production line to Palestinian refugee camps across Lebanon.
Mater hand soap: as an acupuncturist, especially the days I am in the clinic I am washing my hands a million times a day. Mater soap keeps my hands from falling apart with the excessive yet necessary hand washing as well as living in California which is getting dryer and dryer.
Klay makes the most wonderful pillows <3
incredible <3 heart bed spread
This ginger woven basket from The Wax Apple which stores all my massage tools which I love because it closes and keeps the dust out :)
I like this ‘original cycling water bottle’ after searching online for awhile for a good bike water bottle, that wasn’t plastic. It could be bigger, but this works for me for short neighborhood rides.
A few things I recommend: Berkley water filter, Wood Squatty potty ( the one I have is no longer on Etsy but you could write them and see?) Coop pillow ( incredible for side sleepers), Instant pot, mini hot water bottle <3
I had to get my good friend Emi’s baby a baby Wanda hat immediately when Emily released them.
